In Newark, New Jersey, Terrance “Mustaffa” Dent stayed on the right track — until the temptation of easy money led him into the streets. As the leader of the Zoo Crew drug ring, he built a criminal empire, laundering money through businesses in the South Ward.

Everything changed after a police shooting of a pregnant woman rocked the community. Terrance, unexpectedly thrust into activism, began speaking out against police brutality and rallying the community. As he discovered his power to inspire change, he realized the value of rebuilding his community instead of tearing it down.
